Learn from the Best, and Learn in Dialogue
Harper’s art faculty brings together internationally trained educators and practitioners who guide students not only in technique, but in creative judgement, artistic identity, and portfolio-level thinking.
A strong creative programme depends on more than facilities or course titles. It depends on who teaches, how they teach, and whether students are being guided toward real artistic growth rather than surface-level production.
Harper’s art mentors come from leading institutions including Parsons, UAL, RISD, and the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University. They bring with them not only strong professional and academic training, but also an understanding of international art school expectations and of the developmental needs of students who are still building confidence, direction, and voice.
At Harper, students are taught by mentors who understand both the standards of major international institutions and the process by which young creatives actually grow.
This matters because art education cannot be reduced to instructions and outcomes.
Students need critique, encouragement, challenge, and the opportunity to test ideas in conversation.
Harper’s mentors help students refine not only what they make, but how they think about making.

A Multi-Layered Creative Curriculum
Harper offers a layered art curriculum across areas such as visual arts, digital media, visual communication, spatial design, photography, and film production.
The structure allows students to begin with strong fundamentals while also moving, over time, into more specialised directions as their interests and strengths become clearer.

They help students:
