A Global Education Group Built Around Long-Term Growth
Harper Education Group supports students through a more thoughtful, more personal, and more future-facing model of international education — one that values academic excellence, individual development, and long-term readiness in equal measure.
Founded in Toronto in 2002, Harper Education Group has grown from a single school into an international secondary education group spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.
Across this development, one principle has remained constant: education should not force every student into the same shape. It should help each student build the clarity, confidence, and capability to grow in a way that is both authentic and sustainable.
At Harper, students come from different cultures, different academic backgrounds, and different starting points. What brings them together is not sameness, but possibility — a shared desire to explore the world, discover their strengths, and prepare for a future that is increasingly complex, global, and fast-changing. We do not reduce education to scores, short-term competition, or a single admissions outcome. We are far more interested in whether a student is developing as a whole person: intellectually, emotionally, socially, and directionally.
Harper is built on a simple but important belief: students should be supported according to their stage of growth, not judged only by whether they immediately fit a fixed system.
That is why our educational model combines long-term personal guidance with a structured international academic framework.
Through our IGP (Individual Growth Plan), students receive ongoing support in academic development, learning habits, interests, wellbeing, and social participation. Through our broader Harper ecosystem, they are guided across curriculum choices, pathway decisions, and future planning in a way that stays coherent and personalised over time.
We see education not as a process of “moulding” students into a standard answer, but as a process of understanding them more deeply — then helping them move forward with stronger foundations, clearer direction, and greater confidence.

Holistic Growth, with Academic Rigour at the Centre
At Harper, academic strength matters deeply.
But academics are not treated as the whole of education. Strong results should grow from strong structures: disciplined learning, intellectual maturity, emotional stability, and the ability to keep developing over time.
This is why Harper’s model of Holistic Growth is not abstract. It is reflected in the way we build curriculum, the way we support students, and the way we define success. We prepare students not only to enter strong universities, but to sustain themselves in those environments and continue growing long after admission.

A Connected Global Platform
Harper operates across a global network that connects students to multiple educational pathways, cultural contexts, and academic opportunities.
Under a shared educational structure and a consistent growth-support system, students are able to move through their secondary education with greater continuity, even across different campuses and regional environments. This allows Harper to combine the strengths of local expertise with the stability of a larger international framework.
At Harper, students are not prepared for just one exam, one country, or one definition of success. They are prepared to understand themselves, engage with the world, and move forward with purpose.
